What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Short version: only what you send us, only to reply to you.
Who we are
SoftFix LLC (“we”, “us”) is a software solutions studio and runs this website at softfix.dev. For anything about your data, email hello@softfix.dev.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, and — if you add them — your company, budget range, the kind of project and your message.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry (including an automatic confirmation that we received it), discuss and quote your project, and keep a record of our conversation. We never sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
Who helps us
- Our hosting provider serves the website.
- Our own server receives the contact form and forwards it to our inbox by email.
- Our email provider stores the messages you send us, like any other email.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser requests them from Google’s servers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business records. Ask us at any time and we’ll delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@softfix.dev and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change how we handle data we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
